Calciomercato: Dusan Vlahovic rejects Turkey offer, Napoli and Inter active

Dusan Vlahovic has decided not to play in Turkey next season. This information comes despite Vincenzo Italiano adding the Serbian striker to his wishlist for his club Besiktas. The coach wants to recreate the tandem that was successful with Fiorentina, where Vlahovic scored 17 goals in the first half of the season before being sold for €75 million plus €11 million in bonuses.

Vlahovic is now waiting for offers from top clubs, which can come from the five major European leagues: Spain, England, France, Germany and Italy. There is also the possibility that he stays at Juventus, but the offer has to be significantly better than Damien Comolli's. There is an opportunity to stay, but the financial conditions are high. In addition to a salary of 8 million euros per season, there is also a signing bonus of around 15 million euros and commissions for his father Milos. In 2022, Juventus already spent 11.6 million euros on additional costs.

In the meantime, Napoli has prepared its transfer activities. Sports director Manna has clear plans in consultation with the coach, although the market will be different this year than last year. The focus now turns to departures and balancing the salary structure, while Napoli need to set some key targets.

The club already has an agreement with Mario Gila, whose contract with Lazio runs until June 2027. Napoli is currently offering a maximum of 15 million euros and also has the option of offering players like Lucca or Rafa Marin in exchange. However, the 50% resale share in Real Madrid complicates negotiations for Lazio, who are demanding around 25 million euros.

Another target for Napoli is Anan Khalaili, whose club Union Saint-Gilloise is demanding a transfer fee of 25 million euros. Napoli could offer up to 20 million euros in bonus payments, but Inter are also active and could target the player.



Inter, on the other hand, are concentrating on departures, particularly Davide Frattesi. The former Sassuolo player made it to the championship and the Champions League under Simone Inzaghi, but got little playing time under Chivu. Nottingham Forest are interested and Inter are asking around €30 million for the player. Frattesi himself prefers to stay in Italy and could move to Juventus.

Additionally, Inter plan to keep Francesco Pio Esposito and will soon hold talks about a contract extension. The club sees him as a central element for the future.

Kolo Muani's return to Juventus also seems possible after the player was with the club in the second half of the 2024/25 season. Juventus have already made progress in negotiations but still need an agreement with PSG for a transfer fee of 40 million euros, while the Bianconeri do not want to pay more than 30-35 million euros.

Turkey's elimination from the 2026 World Cup hits Hakan Calhanoglu and his teammates hard. Despite his poor performances in the national team, he remains a central figure at Inter and should be kept until the end of his contract in 2027, unless there are particularly high offers from Turkey. The club has no intention of discussing a contract extension as they are considering an amicable separation at the end of the season. Calhanoglu will be available for the upcoming summer tour in China and Australia.

Atalanta BC have meanwhile announced an amicable termination of the contract with coach Ivan Jurić, who will move to Monza. These developments show that the transfer market is in full swing and many clubs are competing for the best players.
