Court in Genoa rejects A-Cap's objection to capital increase of Genoa CFC

In an official communication, the Genoa CFC has announced the current decisions of the Court of Genoa: "With a judgment published today, the Court of Genoa has rejected the objection to the capital increase of Genoa CFC, decided on December 14, 2024.
