The CEO of the Italian second division club Modena, Silvio Rivetti, spoke in an interview with TRC about the current situation of the club after the dismissal of coach Andrea Sottil and the appointment of a successor, which has not yet been communicated: "We are starting with a season in which, thanks to Sottil and the work of his staff, we were able to reunite the environment and, above all, bridge the distance that had arisen from the fan base at the end of the previous season. So we are satisfied, we are happy, there is enthusiasm to get back to it - explained Rivetti, as quoted by parlandodisport.it - The dismissal of the coach was decided because we felt that a five-year journey was over and we are now looking to the future with a three-year plan that allows us to have courage and ambition thanks to new structures, including in the sporting area. Rivetti then spoke about the profile of the new coach: "We want a coach who has a courageous and attacking style of play. - said the CEO - We know that in football it is not easy to score points with statements, because often one plus one does not equal two, but our idea is to make a leap in quality. We believe that the club is mature and that all the prerequisites are in place to look forward with confidence. And finally a word about the training facilities: “We want all the work to be completed so that we can then have the first team

t to be able to accommodate there. Mid-August is the timeframe we've set for ourselves, but it's probably early September."
