Spalletti leaves Juventus and signs for Genoa – But not Luciano
Federico Spalletti leaves Juventus for Genoa, a purely professional decision. He speaks five languages and has an academic education in philosophy.
Federico Spalletti will leave Juventus, but it is not Luciano. As Gazzetta reports, Federico, the second-born son of the coach from Certaldo, will have worked as a scout for the Bianconeri in 2024 when Giuntoli was in charge. From July onwards, the '95 class will move to Genoa, which is a purely professional decision. Chicco Spalletti, as he is known to friends and family, speaks five languages and has a degree in philosophy from Kalamazoo College in Michigan. He then earned a master's degree in analytical philosophy in Switzerland and describes himself on LinkedIn as follows: "During this time, my passion for football has never left me; I have increasingly combined football and philosophy, through the study of tactics, statistics and player analysis." He gained his first experience at Udinese in 2023 before joining Juventus, where he also worked with his father. After completing the scout course in Coverciano in autumn 2022, he is considered very talented: In Turin he has so far worked mainly in the youth sector, now we will see what he can achieve in Liguria.
