It is also the lowest figure achieved in a game under Mikel Arteta's leadership, in which his team played the entire game with 11 players. According to OptaJoe, a renowned statistics service, this was the second time that the Gunners have lost a Champions League final in their history. They previously lost 2-1 in the final against FC Barcelona in 2006. PSG, on the other hand, is now the second club in history to win the Champions League in consecutive seasons.
